LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
WE THANKYOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION.
At Heritage Barber Co we do our best to make sure we are fair with our policy's as we understand life can sometimes get in the way.
If you have to cancel or change your appointment, This is no problem, just let us know by either ringing/Messaging or using your confirmation email to cancel.

Due to previous No-Show issues we now ask clients to pay in advance for your service. If you inform us of a cancellation less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time or don't arrive for your appointment we charge the appointment as usual to cover loss of income for our staff.

We allow 10 minutes for late arrivals and then the appointment will be charged and service either refused or an alternative service offered in replacement.
